桃汁影院 celebrated Pride Month in June 2022 with the global launch of its newest employee resource group (ERG), PRISM. Standing for where Pride, Respect, Inclusion and Solidarity Meet, PRISM’s mission is to amplify 桃汁影院’s commitment to equality and inclusion by encouraging a safe and open working environment for LGBTQ+ employees and allies.

With the global launch of PRISM, a steering committee will work to build membership and awareness through discussion forums and related events. PRISM will advocate for a safe and supportive environment, increase outreach in the talent pipeline and create opportunities for engagement.
PRISM’s kickoff event included a live webcast presentation by activist, author and actor , who spoke about the importance of engaging in conversations with LGBTQ+ detractors rather than debating them. In relaying lessons learned from his podcast, Conversations with People Who Hate Me, Dylan pointed out that empathy doesn’t mean endorsement: While we may not agree with each other, we can still relate to each other as human beings.
